Feedback Infra in Mumbai, India seeks a senior leader with 15+ years in Power Transmission to head the Transmission Business Vertical. You will drive business growth, client management, bidding, and project execution across large-scale initiatives.

The role focuses on profitability, market expansion, and leadership of cross-functional teams, with responsibility for multiple multilateral-funded projects and strategic partnerships.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in Power Transmission with BD, Sales, Marketing, Tendering, P&L management and project execution.
• Experience with multilateral funded projects and client management across large-scale initiatives.
• Proven track record of revenue growth, profitability and market expansion.

Responsibilities

• P&L ownership and profitability management for the Transmission vertical.
• Drive business development and revenue growth in the Transmission sector.
• Lead sales and marketing of Transmission consultancy/PMC services; manage tendering and contract negotiations.
• Oversee client relationship management and key account handling.
• Steer project management and execution oversight; ensure timely delivery.
• Lead multinational funded projects (World Bank, ADB, JICA, KfW, AfDB, etc.).
• Build and lead teams; expand industry partnerships and network.

Role Purpose: Lead the Transmission Business Vertical and drive business growth, profitability, project acquisition, client management, bidding, project execution, and market expansion.
