Job summary

IndusInd Bank in Bengaluru is seeking a proactive sales professional to drive daily onboarding and acquire high-value current account customers within the assigned catchment. You will promote Trade & Forex services, explain features, pricing, and charges, and support customers through the first 30 days to enable digital activation.

You will participate in branch meets and events, adhere to bank processes, and maintain accurate onboarding documentation and reporting.

Qualifications

• High-value current account acquisition through daily sales calls.
• Prospect and understand client requirements to tailor banking solutions.
• Communicate product features, pricing, and charges clearly and transparently.
• Ensure accurate onboarding documentation and compliance during onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Make daily sales calls to acquire highvalue Current Account customers within the assigned catchment and generate business for Trade & Forex services to drive feebased revenue.
• Conduct diligent prospecting to understand client requirements and recommend the most suitable product and service solutions.
• Provide transparent and timely communication on product features, services, pricing, and applicable charges.
• Offer dedicated onboarding support during the first 30 days to ensure smooth adoption of banking services, digital activation, and relevant crosssell opportunities aligned to the customer segment.
• Represent the bank actively in branchdriven customer meets, events, and engagement activities.
• Follow all bank processes and policies to ensure FirstTimeRight documentation and complete accuracy in onboarding applications.
• Achieve daily sales call rosters with strict adherence to efforttracking and reporting norms.
