The role requires 5+ years of BD experience in Domestic IT staffing, strong client networks, and excellent negotiation and presentation skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Business Development within Domestic Staffing/IT Staffing.
• Strong knowledge of IT technologies, skill sets, and market trends.
• Proven experience in client acquisition, client handling, and closures.
• Hands-on experience with C2C and Full-Time staffing requirements.

Responsibilities
