Job summary

M/S Seedboxx Consumer Care Private Limited in Tamil Nadu seeks a Business Development Manager to build and expand the distribution network across the region. You will onboard distributors under a Super Stockist and drive market-entry strategies to grow primary revenue.

This in-person role requires strong communication and leadership to manage Territory, achieve sales targets, and forge long-term trade partnerships, with travel and field presence as needed.

• Each distributor will be assigned a territory radius of approximately 10 km.
• We operate strictly on a 100% advance payment model.
• Distributors must make the advance payment to the Super Stockist to confirm their territory.
• Identifying, appointing, and onboarding Super Stockist, Distributors, and Channel Partners in the assigned primary market.
• Developing and executing market-entry strategies for new territories.
• Achieving assigned primary sales targets and expanding market coverage.
• Building strong trade relationships to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
• You will be directly responsible for market performance and primary revenue generation in your assigned territory.
