Job summary

IAssess Consultants LLP in Gurgaon is looking for a Manager – Business Development to drive retail expansion by identifying and finalizing new store locations, managing landlord and broker relationships, negotiating rental terms, and ensuring the commercial viability of new and existing store deals.

The role requires 3–4 years of experience in business development, retail real estate, and lease negotiations, with a minimum graduate qualification.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of relevant experience in business development, retail expansion, real estate, or a related field.
• Graduate in any discipline is required.
• Hands-on experience in store expansion, location acquisition, lease/rental negotiations, and landlord management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and finalize new store locations in line with the company’s expansion strategy.
• Manage end-to-end execution of new store openings, from location finalization to opening.
• Lead rental negotiations for new and existing stores.
• Develop and maintain relationships with landlords, property owners, and brokers.
• Evaluate commercial terms and ensure cost optimization and viability of all property deals.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of potential locations to support future expansion.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth store expansion execution.
