Job summary

Tekskills seeks a Senior Business Development Manager to lead synergy and holism across teams, driving global positioning consistency with local campaign relevance. You will touch all aspects of New Business and craft stories and conceptualize.

You should project manage with minimal supervision, stay aware of business implications, maintain urgency, and ensure strong follow-up. As part of the senior leadership team, provide strategic input and pursue new opportunities with B2B/B2C channels.

Responsibilities

• As part of the senior leadership team, provide strategic input and direction to short and long-term business strategy to executives & delivery teams.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities at B2B/B2C channel by promoting company services to new and existing Clients.
• Develop and manage new and existing clients by providing high caliber of service and addressing their needs.
• Approach new businesses with proposals.
• Manage and maintain sales clients database.
• Establish & maintain efficient relationships with new and existing clients.
• Generate new business opportunities in assigned territory channel.
• Create proposals for target clients with relevant info and quotes.
• Manage clients, projects, receivables and cash collections in line with KPIs.
• Ensure clients have positive experience by communicating pre and post deal process.
• Evaluate economic and strategic costs and benefits of clients and execute plans with internal stakeholders.
• Oversee and manage corporate sales and business development teams to achieve targets.
• Collaborate with commercial, marketing, supply to ensure operational efficiency.
• Act as a proactive team player with management to improve overall company performance.
• Build long-term relationships with clients in targeted channel markets.
• Manage customer needs and expectations per company guidelines to ensure a win-win relation.

• Work closely with relevant departments colleagues - commercial, marketing, supply to ensure efficient operation in terms of - availability, database & delivery
• To act effectively as team player with company management colleagues taking proactive role in improving overall company performance.
