The Business Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Quilon, responsible for driving growth for MRIBS in the regional market. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with individual and corporate clients, and promoting appropriate life and general insurance solutions. The Business Development Manager will conduct market research, generate leads, prepare proposals, deliver sales presentations, and negotiate terms in alignment with company policies. Daily activities include coordinating with internal underwriting and claims teams, tracking sales performance, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines, and maintaining accurate records in CRM and reporting tools. The role also includes collaborating with marketing teams on local promotional initiatives and supporting customer service efforts to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
