Job summary

Finovest Group in India is seeking a Business Development Manager (BDM) for overseas recruitment to drive client acquisition and revenue growth by securing international job orders (GCC, Europe, Asia) for white- and blue-collar staffing.

You will identify and onboard international clients across industries, present proposals and rate cards, coordinate with delivery teams to fulfill SLAs, and maintain CRM records. A track record of achieving sales targets in international markets is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business/HR/Marketing; MBA preferred.
• 4–7 years in B2B sales or business development, overseas recruitment preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets in international markets (GCC/Europe).

Responsibilities

• Identify and onboard international clients via cold outreach, LinkedIn, portals, and networks.
• Prepare and present proposals, service agreements, and rate cards to overseas employers.
• Conduct market research to identify hiring trends, competitors, and new geographies.
• Coordinate with the recruitment delivery team to ensure timely fulfilment of client requirements and SLAs.
• Maintain CRM records and submit weekly/monthly sales reports.
• Represent the firm at industry events, webinars, and trade missions.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and onboard international clients (EPC, Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, Hospitality, IT, Healthcare, Construction) via cold outreach, LinkedIn, job portals, and industry networks.
• Prepare and present business proposals, service agreements, and rate cards to overseas employers and HR decision-makers.
• Conduct market research to identify hiring trends, competitor activity, and new geographic.
• Coordinate with the recruitment delivery team to ensure timely fulfilment of client requirements and SLAs.
• Maintain accurate CRM records (leads, pipelines, closures) and submit weekly/monthly sales reports to management.
• Represent the firm at industry events, webinars, and trade missions to build brand visibility.
