Job summary

ACURA SOLUTIONS LTD in Delhi is seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager/Executive to drive growth in corporate car leasing, rental, and fleet management services. You will identify and acquire new corporate clients, build strong relationships, and meet sales targets.

Responsibilities include generating leads via cold calls, networking, proposals, negotiating terms, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure service delivery and vehicle availability.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of relevant sales or business development experience.
• Experience handling corporate clients and developing new business.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to generate leads and close business deals.
• Experience in car leasing, car rental, fleet management or automotive corporate sales preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain a sales pipeline and provide regular business reports.
• Identify market trends and new opportunities to expand the client base.
