Job summary

BVR People Consulting is seeking a Sr. Engineer / Assistant Manager Marketing to drive business development, key account management, project sales, and technical marketing across the assigned region.

The role involves handling customer relationships, tendering, negotiations, project tracking, competitor analysis, and coordination with internal teams to ensure order execution while achieving sales targets in Power, Water, Cement, Refinery, Petrochemical and Process industries.

Qualifications

• Develop business in Power, Water, Cement, Refinery, Petrochemical, and Process industries.
• Generate enquiries, prepare techno-commercial proposals, negotiate, and close orders.
• Manage tendering, order processing, and customer relationships.
• Provide technical support, product selection, and application engineering for electric actuators.
• Track market trends, industrial projects, and competitor activities.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions.
• Ensure customer satisfaction, timely project execution, and ISO 9001 compliance.
• Support team development and achieve regional sales targets.
