Job summary

Talent Corner Hr Services seeks a seasoned Sales & Business Development professional to drive growth in the Pressure Control Valve and Actuator insulation segment across India. You will cultivate relationships with valve manufacturers, EPCs, OEMs, and process industries, promoting insulation solutions for valves, actuators, piping, and high‑temperature systems.

Expect to generate enquiries, prepare techno-commercial proposals, negotiate terms, and close orders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Instrumentation Engineering (MBA in Marketing is a plus).
• 5–7 years in Sales & BD within VCV/Actuator/Industrial Automation or Flow Control sectors.
• Strong network with valve manufacturers, EPCs, OEMs, and process industries.
• Ability to read technical drawings and understand customer requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities in the Pressure Control Valve and Actuator industry.
• Build relationships with valve and actuator manufacturers, EPCs, OEMs, and industrial customers.
• Promote and sell insulation solutions for valves, actuators, piping, steam systems, turbines, and related apps.
• Generate enquiries, prepare techno-commercial proposals, negotiate terms, and close orders.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to tailor customer-specific insulation solutions.
• Identify new applications and market opportunities for industrial insulation products.
• Conduct customer visits, technical presentations, and product demonstrations.
• Participate in industry events and exhibitions; strive to meet sales targets with high customer satisfaction.

Role & responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities within the Pressure Control Valve and Actuator industry.
• Build strong relationships with valve manufacturers, actuator manufacturers, EPC companies, OEMs, and industrial customers.
• Promote and sell insulation solutions for valves, actuators, piping, steam systems, turbines, and other high-temperature industrial applications.
• Generate enquiries, prepare techno-commercial proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close orders.
• Work closely with engineering and production teams to develop customer-specific insulation solutions.
• Identify new applications and emerging market opportunities for industrial insulation products.
• Conduct customer visits, technical presentations, and product demonstrations.
• Participate in industry exhibitions, technical seminars, and customer events.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or a related field. MBA (Marketing) will be an added advantage.
• 5-7 years of experience in Sales & Business Development within the Pressure Control Valve, Control Valve, Actuator, Industrial Automation, Process Equipment, or Flow Control industry.
• Strong network with valve manufacturers, EPC contractors, process industries, and industrial OEMs.
• Good understanding of industrial process plants, steam systems, piping, and thermal insulation applications.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to understand technical drawings and customer requirements.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel extensively across India

Travel Requirement

• Willingness to travel extensively across India for customer visits, technical discussions, and business development activities.
