Infonet Solutions is looking for a Business Development Manager in Chennai to own the full sales cycle for IT hardware, networking, AMC, FMS, and datacenter offerings. You will prospect, pitch, negotiate, and close deals while managing your own pipeline and hitting revenue targets.
Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in IT services sales, strong English communication, and a track record of achieving targets. The role emphasizes strategic account development and collaboration with technical teams.
Infonet Solutions is a leading IT solutions provider offering end-to-end technology services, including hardware and laptop supply, system configuration, networking, AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts), FMS (Facility Management Services), and datacenter infrastructure build-outs. We partner with businesses to plan, deploy, and support the IT infrastructure they rely on every day.
This is a full-time, Business Development Manager role based in Chennai. You will own the full sales cycle for a set of accounts and target industries — from prospecting and pitching through to closing and account growth, for our IT hardware, networking, AMC, FMS, and datacenter infrastructure offerings.
You will generate new business through cold calling, product presentations, digital marketing, and social selling, while also building and managing your own pipeline. You will stay on top of the competitive landscape and develop winning sales and solution strategies tailored to each opportunity. You'll lead client conversations end-to-end, including proposals, pricing discussions, and negotiations, and work closely with both the technical team and other sales reps to team up on complete solutions for customer requirements. You'll be expected to consistently hit revenue targets, keep CRM data accurate and current, and represent Infonet Solutions professionally in client meetings, both remote and in person.
This role carries real ownership — you are not just executing a script, you are expected to bring judgment on how to approach and grow accounts, and to flag risks or opportunities to leadership proactively.
