Job summary

Dio Digital Implant India is looking for a proactive Sales/Business Development professional to drive growth in the dental implant and equipment market across Odisha and adjacent regions.

You will build strong relationships with dental professionals and institutions, generate leads, achieve targets, and expand the sales network. MBA holders are preferred; travel will be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in dental implants, dental equipment, or medical devices preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills required.
• Willingness to travel as per business needs.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in dental implant and equipment market.
• Build relationships with dentists, implantologists, oral surgeons, clinics, hospitals and colleges.
• Generate leads, acquire new customers and achieve sales targets.
• Develop and manage new sales networks through IDA.
• Promote implants and equipment via product presentations and demonstrations.
• Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Maintain existing relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Prepare sales reports and maintain CRM records.

• Willingness to travel as per business requirements.
• Graduate in any discipline; MBA in Sales/Marketing will be an added advantage.
