We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager / Business Development Executive to drive business growth and develop strong relationships with architects, builders, contractors, dealers and other key stakeholders in the assigned territory.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication, presentation, client management and business development skills. Experience in building materials, construction, interiors, architectural products or related industries will be an added advantage.

We are hiring for multiple territories across Delhi NCR, Haryana, Punjab and Uttar Pradesh:

• Gurgaon + Faridabad


• South Delhi


• Moradabad + Haldwani


• Muzaffarnagar + Roorkee + Haridwar


• Panipat + Karnal


• Chandigarh + Panchkula


• Agra + Aligarh + Mathura


• Firozabad

Candidates with relevant experience in or familiarity with the assigned territory will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned territory.


• Generate leads through market visits, networking, references and other channels.

• Track sales pipeline, leads and business development activities.


• Achieve assigned business development and revenue targets.


• Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.


• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and customer satisfaction.


• Take ownership of business development activities across the assigned territory.


• Travel within the assigned territory as required.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum Bachelor's degree.


• 3-8 years of relevant Business Development / Sales experience.


• Experience in building materials, construction, interiors, architectural products or related industries will be an advantage.


• Strong client management and relationship-building skills.


• Experience dealing with architects, builders, contractors and dealers preferred.


• Excellent communication and presentation skills.


• Strong lead-generation and follow-up abilities.


• Good analytical and negotiation skills.


• Self-driven, target-oriented and comfortable with field sales/business development.


• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Salary

40,000- 1,50,000 per month, based on experience, industry exposure, skills and candidate profile.
