Job summary

Woways is seeking Business Development Associate Interns to begin a career in sales under the guidance of the Business Development Manager. You will connect with prospects, explain course offerings and help convert leads into enrolments.

As an intern, you will gain practical training in sales, counselling and negotiation, with performance-based incentives and an internship certificate on completion, plus a PPO opportunity for top performers.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in any discipline (freshers welcome).
• Good communication skills in English; Telugu or Hindi is an added advantage.
• Confident, persuasive and comfortable speaking with new people over phone and in person.
• Target-oriented attitude with eagerness to learn sales.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and follow up with leads generated from marketing campaigns, walk-ins and referrals.
• Explain course offerings, benefits and fee structures clearly to prospective students and parents.
• Counsel prospects to understand their needs and recommend suitable programs.
• Schedule demo sessions and campus visits, and coordinate with trainers.
• Update lead status, call notes and follow-ups in the CRM or tracker daily.
• Work towards daily and weekly call, lead and conversion targets.
• Support the team in seminars, college visits and promotional events when required.
