Job summary

Equitas Small Finance Bank in Tamil Nadu invites a Business Development Executive - UCV to drive new commercial vehicle loan business. You will source applications directly, through dealers, and market references to build a consistent pipeline of quality customers.

You will manage customer relationships, ensure timely documentation for loan proposals, and actively pass on leads for cross-sell products. Adherence to RBI and other regulatory policies is required.

Qualifications

• Develop pipeline of applications from quality customers needing finance for New Commercial Vehicles.
• Manage relationships with customers promptly and professionally.
• Ensure timely collection of documents for loan proposals per policy.
• Generate leads for cross-sell products like accounts and FASTag.
• Adhere to RBI and statutory regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop consistent pipeline of applications from good quality customers who require finance for purchase of New Commercial Vehicles through direct sourcing, Dealers, market references etc.
• Effectively manage relationships with all customers by responding to their requirements in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure that all documentation and information related to loan proposals are obtained in a timely manner to practice ‘First Time Right’ principle.
• Actively generate & pass on leads for cross-sell products like Saving Accounts, Current Accounts, Term Deposits, FASTag (wherever applicable)
• Ensure 100% compliance to Policies & Processes and all regulatory matters of RBI and other statutory bodies
