The role focuses on building customer relationships, ensuring timely documentation, and expanding UCVD/DOST channels while maintaining RBI regulatory compliance in day-to-day operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree required.

Responsibilities

• Develop a consistent pipeline of applications from customers needing finance for purchase of Used Commercial Vehicles via direct sourcing, dealers, or market references.
• Effectively manage relationships with customers by responding to their requirements in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure timely collection of loan proposal documentation to practice ‘First Time Right’.
• Appoint New UCVD & DOST channels for alternate sourcing.
• Tracking & completion of PDD documents for loan disbursement.
• Ensure 100% compliance to RBI and other regulatory bodies' policies and processes.
