Job summary

Durucooperation is seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive to expand HoReCa and institutional business across hotels, restaurants, catering companies, hospitals and commercial establishments. You will generate new business, build relationships with decision-makers, present equipment solutions and manage the sales cycle from lead to order.

The role requires defining and pursuing opportunities, maintaining a robust sales pipeline and meeting targets in Bengaluru and surrounding regions.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in HoReCa Sales, B2B Sales, Institutional Sales, Hospitality Sales or Business Development.
• Experience in Commercial Kitchen Equipment, Food Service Equipment or Beverage Equipment Sales is highly preferred.
• Experience dealing with star hotels, restaurants, catering companies or hospitality groups is an added advantage.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the HoReCa and institutional market.
• Conduct regular visits to hotels, restaurants, catering companies, hospitals and institutions to generate leads.
• Build relationships with Executive Chefs, F&B Managers, Purchase Managers, Hotel Managers and other key decision-makers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable commercial kitchen, beverage and food-service equipment.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations as required.
• Generate enquiries, prepare quotations and ensure consistent follow-up.
• Negotiate commercial terms and convert enquiries into confirmed orders.
• Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Manage existing accounts and identify repeat business and cross-selling opportunities.
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends, pricing and customer requirements.
• Coordinate with Production, Design, Service, Purchase and Accounts teams for smooth order execution.
• Maintain accurate records of customer visits, enquiries, quotations and sales activities.
• Independently manage the assigned territory and undertake extensive travel as required.

Mandatory Requirements

• Education: Any Degree / Diploma; Sales or Marketing background preferred.
• Experience: 3–5 years in HoReCa Sales, B2B Sales, Institutional Sales, Hospitality Sales or Business Development.
• Experience in Commercial Kitchen Equipment, Food Service Equipment or Beverage Equipment Sales is highly preferred.
• Experience dealing with star hotels, restaurants, catering companies or hospitality groups is an added advantage.
