Webcazador Digital Solutions Pvt. Ltd. in Mohali invites an experienced Upwork Bidder to generate leads for digital marketing and web development projects by identifying opportunities, writing winning proposals, and converting prospects into clients.

You will bid on Upwork projects, generate and qualify leads, and coordinate with the technical team to deliver compelling pitches. Immediate joiners preferred. Work in a collaborative environment with global clients and monthly targets.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Upwork bidding experience.
• Experience with Digital Marketing & Web Development projects.
• Strong proposal writing and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated and target-driven.
• Basic knowledge of SEO, PPC, Social Media, and Website Development is a plus.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
