Job Title: Associate/ Senior Associate (Catalyst - CBSE)
Travel: As per project requirements within the state
Position Overview:
The Associate/ Senior Associate - CBSE will play a key role instrengthening Skill Education implementation in CBSE-affiliated private schoolsby building and managing strategic partnerships. The role involves closecoordination with officials, school leaders, and internal programme teams tosupport effective rollout of Skill Education and Kaushal Bodh initiatives inalignment with NEP 2020 and NCF-SE-2023.
This role demands strong communication,stakeholder management, coordination, and data management skills, along with adeep commitment to work with government officials and private schools.
Key Responsibilities:
Partnership Development & Management
- Establish and maintain strong partnerships withCBSE-affiliated private schools for implementation of Skill Educationprograms.
- Act as a key point of contact for partner schools, ensuringsmooth communication and collaboration.
- Support onboarding of new partner schools and facilitatelong-term engagement.
Program Implementation Support
- Coordinate with schools to support implementation of SkillEducation / Kaushal Bodh as per CBSE guidelines.
- Work closely with training, and operations teams to ensuretimely execution of projects.
- Support planning and coordination of Capacity BuildingProgrammes (CBPs), school visits, exposure visits, and otherpartnership-led initiatives.
- Undertake frequent field visits to schools to assess thequality ofon-ground implementation and provide support.
Stakeholder Coordination
- Liaise with school leaders (Principals, Vice-Principals),teachers, and other stakeholders as required.
- Support communication related to notifications, letters,reports, and programme documentation in coordination with CBSE andinternal teams.
- Monitoring, Reporting & Documentation
- Track partnership progress, school engagement, and programmemilestones.
- Collect, compile, and analyse data from partner schools forreporting purposes.
- Prepare periodic reports, presentations, and documentationfor internal review and external stakeholders.
- Support advocacy efforts for Skill Education among schoolsand education stakeholders.
- Represent Lend A Hand India at school events and exposurevisits of Principals as required.

Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’sdegree in Education, Social Sciences, Development Studies, Management, ora related field (Master’s degree will be an added advantage)
- 1-3years of relevant work experience
- Experienceworking with schools, NGOs, or skilling/education programs is highlydesirable.
- Familiaritywith CBSE, NEP 2020, Skill education, or school systems will be an addedadvantage.
- Proficiencyin MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Canva) and report writing.
- Excellentdocumentation, reporting, and analytical abilities.
- Strongcoordination and communication skills for working with senior governmentofficials and school leaders.
- Strongrelationship-building, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proactive,detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
- Abilityto work independently while collaborating across teams.
- Abilityto work on strict timelines, stretch schedules and flexible with worktiming for any urgent and immediate requirement from theOrganization/Government.
