IELTSMaterial.com is hiring a Business Development Executive / Associate - Freshers to join our sales team in Bengaluru. The role is full-time and involves counselling IELTS aspirants and parents about courses, and driving conversions through proactive outreach.

You will make cold calls to potential clients, close sales, collaborate with management on sales goals, and maintain a strong pipeline for future opportunities. Freshers and candidates with up to 6 months experience are welcome to apply.

Job Description
1 Candidates will be involved in counselling parents / IELTS aspirants about the courses.
2 Making multiple cold calls to potential clients and closing the sales.
3 Should be able to convert the leads into sales.
4 Candidates should be comfortable working collaboratively with the management to understand the sales goals, Future planning and Business Development plans.
5 Should be able to maintain a strong sales pipeline for the future.

Qualifications
Since it's an entry-level/intermediate role, we are okay to hire both freshers and less experienced candidates. [0-6 months of Experience]
Should be an Undergrad in any field.
Should have good command in English both verbal and written.
Basic knowledge about the sales process.
