Krishgen Biosystems India is seeking a Business Development Executive in Pune to drive field sales of life sciences reagents and related products. You will regularly visit customers, understand their requirements and generate leads from new and existing accounts.

This is a 100% field-based role with reporting to HO for prospect reports and updates. The ideal candidate holds a BSc/MSc in Biotech or Microbiology with 2–3 years of sales experience in biotech or life sciences, and is ready to travel

• 2–3 years of sales experience in biotech or life sciences.
• 100% field based, not office-based.
• Location: Pune.

• Achieve sales targets by regularly visiting customers and understanding their requirements.

• Submit sales prospect reports and daily visit reports to HO.
• Expand market share by finding new prospects and customers for life sciences products.
• Provide input on competitor activities and market trends.

Profile:

• Achieve sales for your customers targeted by regularly visiting customers and understanding their requirements.
• Adopt a planned sales process and generate leads from new and existing customers.
• Ensuring timely submission of sales prospect report, daily report on customer visits, follow up reports etc. to the HO team.
• To contribute to increasing market share in the existing market by finding new prospects.
• To explore & establish new users and customers for our products like ELISA, PCR reagents, cell culture, antibodies and recombinant proteins.
• Obtaining customer feedback on regular basis.
• Provide input on competitor activities, market scenario, etc.
• Any other work assigned from time to time.
