• Make 100130+ outbound calls daily to Urban Company service partners.

• Handle objections, follow up consistently and maximize results from every interaction.
• Work towards daily and monthly performance targets.
• Maintain accurate calling and performance-related data using Excel/Google Sheets.

Who We Are Looking For

• 12th Pass / Graduate / Fresher all are welcome.
• No specific degree or educational background required.
• Strong Hindi communication, with basic English proficiency.
• Confident, persuasive and comfortable speaking with people over the phone.
• Comfortable working in a target-driven and high-pressure environment.
• Self-motivated, resilient and willing to learn and grow.
• Basic Excel/Google Sheets knowledge.
• Own laptop is mandatory.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.
