Axium Global is seeking a dynamic Junior Business Development Executive to join our Mumbai team. You will identify potential clients across international markets, support email outreach and cold-calling, and help maintain a healthy CRM/MIS. This position involves collaborating with sales, marketing and project teams to grow our global outreach to the US, UK, Europe, Middle East and Australia.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of sales processes; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential clients and market opportunities across international markets.
• Support email outreach and cold-calling campaigns to generate leads.

• Prepare reports on outreach activities, lead status and campaign performance.
• Collaborate with senior team to understand client needs and communicate value.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Assist in identifying potential clients and market opportunities in the AEC sector across international markets
  
• Support the team in executing email outreach and cold-calling campaigns to generate leads
  
• Maintain and update the CRM/MIS system with accurate information about prospects and interactions
  
• Help in preparing reports on outreach activities, lead status and campaign performance
  
• Stay informed about industry trends, market developments and competitors
  
• Collaborate with senior team members to understand client needs and aid in communicating our value proposition
  
• Follow up with prospective clients and schedule meetings or calls for senior team members
  
• Contribute to building and maintaining a healthy database of potential leads
  

Qualifications and Experience Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Civil Engineering, Architecture or related fields
  
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  
• Enthusiastic, proactive and eager to learn about the AEC industry
  
• Basic understanding of sales or business development processes is a plus, but training will be provided
  
• Ability to work well in a team and maintain a positive attitude
  
• Familiarity with email communication and basic MS Office tools
  
• Motivated to develop skills in international markets and client engagement
