Job summary

Axium Global is seeking an experienced MEP professional in Mumbai to join a team delivering international BIM, Revit and CAD design development projects across Commercial, Residential and Hospitality sectors. The role focuses on 2D AutoCAD MEP coordination, 3D Revit MEP modeling, and Navisworks familiarity, with a requirement for Diploma/ITI in mechanical engineering and 3+ years in MEP coordination.

English communication is an advantage, and the candidate should be able to work independently

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or ITI/Technical Diploma with relevant work experience in HVAC/Electrical/Mech piping.
• 3+ years in MEP with at least 50% on MEP Coordination using AutoCAD.
• Experience on 3D Revit MEP / 3D AutoCAD projects.
• English communication is advantageous; Navisworks is a plus.

Job Description

This position involves working in a team of high calibre MEP (Mechanical, HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing) Professionals including 3D Spatial MEP Coordinators, MEP Revit Designers, 3D MEP Modellers working on a variety of International MEP BIM, Revit & CAD Design Development projects for Commercial, Residential, Hospitality, Healthcare, Retail & Institutional Sectors.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

This is a domain & leadership role for working on international & high profile projects involving the following aspects:

• Carrying out 2D AutoCAD MEP Coordination of various Building Services with relevant codes and regulations rules
  
• To work with the team and deliver the projects within time, budget and quality that is desired.
  

Qualification and Experience Required

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
  
• ITI / Technical Diploma with relevant work experience either in HVAC / Electrical / Mech. Pipework.
• 3+ Years in the MEP field with atleast 50% of that time spent on MEP Coordination using AutoCAD.
• The team member should have independently worked on 3D Revit MEP / 3D AutoCAD Projects.
  
• Ability to communicate well in English will be an added advantage.
  
• Ability to work on Navisworks will be considered a plus.
