Job summary

Axium Global Pvt. Ltd. in Mumbai seeks a skilled 3D Visualiser to join the Architecture Team at the Delivery Centre. You will create photorealistic renderings, interior/exterior views and walkthroughs to convey design intent to clients and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with 3ds Max, V-Ray, SketchUp and related tools, a strong portfolio, and a passion for high-quality visuals and BIM-assisted workflows. Mumbai-based role with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, interior design, graphic design, or a related field.
• 2 to 4 years of professional experience as a 3D Visualiser in architectural/design settings.
• Strong portfolio of architectural visualizations (portfolio submission mandatory).
• Experience with VR/AR visualization tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed 3D models of architectural designs using industry standard software.
• Produce photorealistic renderings for interior and exterior views and walkthroughs.
• Apply advanced lighting, materials and textures to achieve realism.

Job Description

This position involves working with the Architecture Team at Axium Global’s Delivery Centre in Andheri, Mumbai. The team consists of skilled professionals, including architects, 3D visualisers and structural engineers with varied experience. The visualiser will be creating visually appealing renderings that accurately represent design concepts, helping clients and stakeholders understand architectural proposals through compelling imagery.

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate should have strong skills in 3D modelling, photorealistic rendering, lighting, texturing and animation, with proficiency in tools such as 3ds Max, V-Ray, Corona Renderer and SketchUp. The role involves transforming architectural concepts and technical drawings into high-quality visual presentations that effectively communicate design intent to clients and stakeholders

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed 3D models of architectural designs using industry standard software (3ds Max, Vray, Corona, SketchUp etc.)
• Produce photo-realistic renderings including interior/exterior views, walkthrough animations and 360° presentations
• Apply advanced rendering tools (V-Ray, Corona Renderer etc) for realistic lighting, materials and textures
• Enhance visuals with landscaping, entourage, and environmental elements to improve presentation quality
• Accurately interpret architectural and MEP drawings and translate them into 3D models
• Maintain organized libraries of models, textures, and materials for workflow efficiency
• Review and revise visual outputs based on internal and client feedback, ensuring delivery of the highest standards
• Stay updated with industry trends, including VR/AR visualization tools (Enscape, Twinmotion, Unreal, Blender) to continually improve output quality

Qualifications and Experience Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, Interior Design, Graphic Design or a related field
• 2 to 4 years of professional experience as a 3D Visualiser, preferably in an architectural or design consultancy environment
• Working knowledge of animation, lighting, texturing and material creation
• Excellent attention to detail, aesthetic sense and a strong portfolio of architectural visualizations (portfolio submission mandatory)
• Exposure to VR/AR visualization tools will be an added advantage

Compensation:
