Job summary

The Hiring Company is seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive to accelerate growth in the uniforms segment. You will generate leads, conduct client visits and presentations, prepare quotations, and drive deal closures while coordinating with design and production for smooth order execution.

You will maintain the CRM, build lasting client relationships, and strive to exceed monthly and quarterly targets set by the BD Manager.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of B2B sales experience, uniforms/apparel or related sector preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Target-driven with proactive, self-starter attitude.
• Comfortable with field sales, client visits, and cold outreach.
