Adecco India is hiring a Sales Executive to drive UPVC profiles sales across Himachal, Jammu & Kashmir and Punjab. You will build and maintain relationships with fabricators, builders and architects, promoting our UPVC product range and understanding client requirements.

Ideal candidates have 0–3 years of sales experience, own a two-wheeler with a valid license, and possess strong negotiation skills to meet and exceed targets in a dynamic building materials market.

Qualifications

• Own a two-wheeler and valid driving license.
• Experience in sales, 0–3 years preferred.
• Familiarity with building materials or UPVC is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Drive sales of UPVC profiles and build relationships with fabricators, builders, architects and other stakeholders.
• Promote product range and understand customer requirements to close sales.

Compensation:

• CTC: 3 LPA

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to drive the sales of our UPVC profiles . Your primary responsibility will be to develop and maintain strong relationships with UPVC window and door fabricators, builders, architects, and other relevant stakeholders. You will promote our product range, understand their requirements, and secure sales to achieve and exceed targets. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent sales and negotiation skills, a strong understanding of the building materials industry, and the ability to build a robust sales network.
