• Attend all assigned site visits with prospective customers.
• Explain project details, pricing, amenities, and payment plans during site visits.
• Address customer queries and provide suitable property solutions.
• Build strong relationships with customers through professional communication.
• Conduct regular follow-ups after the site visit to understand customer interest.
• Negotiate and resolve customer concerns to facilitate decision-making.
• Coordinate with the sales and CRM teams for seamless customer support.
• Convert site visits into bookings and achieve monthly booking targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up status in the CRM.
• Submit daily activity and follow-up reports to the reporting manager.
