The Role :
You will own the front end of Microcare enterprise sales pipeline. Your job is to find companies that need what we build, reach the people who decide, earn the first conversation, and hand a qualified opportunity to your Senior Sales Manager.
This is not an account management role on day one. It is a role where you learn enterprise selling by doing the hardest part of it starting conversations from zero and then grow into owning accounts. We have written that path out below, and we mean it.
Build and maintain a target account list within your assigned segment (industry vertical and revenue band assigned at onboarding)
Research each account for buying signals across all four practices: expansion and new facilities, IT leadership changes, funding rounds, compliance and audit mandates, end-of-life hardware refresh cycles, security incidents, publicly announced digital or ERP initiatives, hiring patterns that reveal a technology programme underway
Map the full buying committee with verified contact details. Infrastructure and security decisions sit with the IT Head, CIO, CISO, and Head of Infrastructure. Software and cloud decisions increasingly originate with a business-function owner Finance, HR, Operations, Plant Head — with IT as approver rather than initiator. You are expected to work both paths.
Run structured multi-channel outreach: cold calls, email sequences, LinkedIn
Hit a daily and weekly activity floor (defined in your first week, reviewed monthly as you ramp)
Handle objections, gatekeepers, and rejection without losing momentum
Log every touch accurately in CRM — pipeline hygiene is part of the job, not admin overhead
Qualify opportunities against a defined framework: current environment, pain, budget authority, timeline, competing incumbent
Write a clean handoff brief and transition the meeting to your Senior Sales Manager
Attend the meetings you set — you learn the second half of the sale by watching it happen
Assist on proposal and RFP documentation, quote coordination with hardware OEM distribution and software licensing partners, and follow-up cadence on open opportunities
