Job summary

Neuraleap Group invites a Business Development Associate to drive hospital partnerships for CarePal Money in Bengaluru & Chennai. You will onboard hospitals, build relationships with medical finance teams, and expand our network through field visits and referrals.

The ideal candidate has 1–5 years in healthcare sales or fintech partnerships, strong English/Hindi communication, and willingness to travel locally to partner sites. MBA is a plus.

Qualifications

• Graduation in any discipline; MBA is a plus.
• 1–5 years of BD, sales or partnerships experience.
• Experience in healthcare, hospitals, fintech or financial services preferred.
• Strong hospital relationship management or healthcare sales exposure is advantageous.
• Experience with medical financing/fintech lending is highly preferred.
• Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Identify and onboard hospitals, clinics and diagnostic centres as partners.
• Build and maintain relationships with hospital management, doctors, finance teams and patient coordinators.
• Conduct regular hospital visits and field meetings.
• Create awareness of medical financing and crowdfunding solutions within partner hospitals.
• Engage with patients and families to understand their financial requirements.
• Generate and convert leads for medical loans and crowdfunding.
• Assist patients with documentation and the digital application process.
• Drive patient referrals through hospital staff and coordinators.
• Coordinate with internal sales, credit and operations teams for timely lead closure.
• Track leads, referrals, conversions and disbursals using CRM/digital tools.
• Achieve assigned business and referral targets.
