CarePal Money, a healthcare-focused lending platform, is hiring a Business Development Associate to build partnerships with hospitals, clinics, and diagnostic centres in Bengaluru and Chennai. You will manage relationships with hospital leadership and finance teams, visit facilities, and drive patient financing initiatives.

The role requires 1–5 years in healthcare BD or sales, fluency in English and Hindi, and willingness to travel locally.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate in any discipline; MBA is a plus.
• 1–5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales or Partnerships.
• Experience in healthcare, hospitals, fintech, lending, insurance or financial services preferred.
• Strong hospital relationship management or healthcare sales exposure will be an advantage.
• Experience with medical financing / healthcare loans / fintech lending is highly preferred.
• Crowdfunding experience is an added advantage.
• Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory.
• Comfortable with regular local travel and hospital visits.
• Hands-on experience with CRM, mobile apps and digital onboarding.
• Strong communication, relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• Target-oriented, self-driven and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Aufgaben

• Identify and onboard hospitals, clinics and diagnostic centres as partners.

• Track leads, referrals, conversions and disbursals using CRM/digital tools.
