Job summary

CarePal Money is seeking a Business Development Associate to expand hospital partnerships and drive medical financing adoption in Bengaluru and Chennai. You will identify hospitals, clinics and diagnostic centers and onboard them as partners.

The role requires 1–5 years in healthcare, fintech or related fields, strong relationship skills, CRM proficiency, and willingness to travel locally. Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline; MBA is a plus.
• 1–5 years of experience in business development, sales or partnerships.
• Experience in healthcare, hospitals, fintech, lending or financial services preferred.
• Strong hospital relationship management or healthcare sales exposure a plus.
• Experience with medical financing / healthcare loans / fintech lending preferred.
• Crowdfunding experience is an added advantage.
• Fluency in English and Hindi mandatory.
• Willingness to travel locally for hospital visits.
• Hands-on CRM, mobile apps and digital onboarding experience.
• Strong communication, relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• Target-oriented, self-driven and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
