Physics Wallah (PW) is seeking result-oriented Business Development Associates / Academic Counsellors to drive admissions for IIT-JEE, NEET, 11th & 12th, and Foundation programs. You will analyze student needs, advise suitable PW courses, and steer prospects through the complete counselling and admission cycle.

Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome. The role is full-time, based in Hyderabad & Warangal, with competitive fixed pay and up to ₹3 Lakh variable incentive.

Qualifications

• Any graduate welcome, with strong sales skills.
• Freshers may apply if they demonstrate communication and counselling ability.
• Experience in B2C/B2B education sales is a plus.

About the Role

Physics Wallah (PW) is looking for result-oriented Business Development Associates / Academic Counsellors to drive student admissions for 11th & 12th, IIT-JEE, NEET and Foundation (Classes 8–10) programs.

The role involves understanding students' and parents' academic requirements, recommending the right PW program, handling objections, and taking prospects through the complete counselling and sales cycle—from enquiry to admission.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with students and parents through calls, walk-ins, centre visits and other channels.
• Understand students' academic goals, requirements and concerns.
• Recommend the most suitable PW course/program based on the student's needs.
• Explain course offerings, academic value, fees, scholarships and enrollment process.
• Conduct academic counselling and consultative selling to convert enquiries into admissions.
• Schedule demos and counselling sessions and manage prospects through the sales funnel.
• Handle objections, queries and fee-related negotiations professionally.
• Maintain regular follow-ups and take ownership of opportunities until closure.
• Achieve monthly and annual admission, revenue and conversion targets.
• Update lead status, activities and customer interactions in CRM.
• Coordinate with centre and internal teams to ensure smooth student onboarding.
• Build strong relationships with students and parents throughout the admission journey.
