Position description: Guide and support organizational leaders through strategic decision-making, foster a healthy work environment, and provide confidential, expert counsel to enhance the overall well-being and effectiveness of executives.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Explain admission procedures and courses offered to prospective students and their parents via phone calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings.
• Support parents throughout the admission process by answering queries and helping them complete required documents.
• Maintain target metrics by converting prospective students into confirmed admissions and achieving performance goals.
• Review student applications for eligibility and academic qualifications.
• Participate in decision-making for student admissions based on school policies and guidelines.
• Prepare and present reports to the centre head or management as required.
• Maintain regular communication with students, parents, colleagues, and external agencies to coordinate admission activities and resolve problems.
• Perform centre administrative and clerical activities when needed.
