Job summary

Orchids The International School in Ambattur, Chennai is seeking a Business Development Associate to drive student admissions by following up on leads and guiding parents through enrollment.

You will explain curriculum, facilities, and fees, counsel parents, schedule campus visits, and maintain CRM records to meet monthly admission targets. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome; strong English and local language skills are essential.

Compensation

Salary: ₹3,00,000 per annum

Performance Incentive: Up to ₹1,00,000 per annum

Work Schedule

6-day work week

Saturday & Sunday are mandatory working days, with a weekday off.
