Orchids International Schools is seeking a Business Development Associate in Chennai to drive admissions and expand reach. The role involves fieldwork to generate leads, following up with collected leads, and guiding prospective parents during branch visits to ensure a positive experience.

The ideal candidate will be proactive, extrovert, with strong communication and follow-up skills, ready to work in a target-driven environment and on a 6-day work week.

Qualifications

• Educational Qualification: Any graduate.
• Prior experience in sales, marketing, or customer relations is a plus, but not mandatory.
