Job summary

Urban Company is seeking a Business Development Associate to independently drive sales and category growth for Wall Decor. You will own the sales workstream, drive lead conversion, and meet revenue targets across the wall decor category.

You will coordinate with Product, Catalogue, Supply and Operations teams, maintain dashboards, and travel for client visits as required. A graduate with strong ownership and excellent communication is essential.

• Own the sales workstream for Wall Decor, driving lead conversion and revenue targets.
• Maintain end-to-end sales funnel and have the hunger to consistently achieve targets.
• Drive customer acquisition and retention through effective pitching and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with Product, Catalogue, Supply and Operations teams to resolve issues and improve customer experience.
• Maintain trackers and dashboards on Google Sheets to monitor sales performance and category health.

Requirements:

• Graduate with a strong sense of ownership and execution.
• Good communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable with client visits and hands-on field/sales work.
• Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets.
• Personal laptop is mandatory.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Salary:

₹25000/month (CTC) (depending on interview performance).
