Job summary

Urban Company is seeking a Business Development Associate to independently drive sales and category growth for Wall Decor in Mumbai. You will own the sales workstream, manage the end-to-end funnel, and push for target achievement with clients through on-site visits and pitches.

Ideal candidates have a Graduate degree, strong communication, and are proficient in Excel/Google Sheets. A personal laptop is mandatory for field-based work in a fast-paced startup environment.
