Job summary

SupportFinity is seeking a Data Analyst in Bengaluru to perform quantitative analysis across Finance workstreams such as Accounts Payable/Receivable and Procure to Pay. You will collaborate with stakeholders to deliver dashboards and self-service analytics.

The role requires 1–3 years of data analytics experience, strong Excel and Power BI skills, and the ability to interpret financial data for process improvements. Work Shift: standard business hours in IST.

Job description

This role reports to the Manager, Finance Analytics & Reporting. The Data Analyst has an in-depth knowledge and experience which permits this role to apply judgement and derive conclusions from various data analyses completed. This position is responsible for performing quantitative analysis of complex business situations, such as strategies, performance, and solutions related to the Contact to Cash or Procure to Pay, Acquire to Retire & Record to Report workstreams. Overall, the successful candidate in this role has proven experience in driving an agenda of collaborating with Business Stakeholders and Business Partners across Finance.

What You’ll Do

• Generate and synthesize financial analysis related to Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable transactions
• Perform data analytics in SQL and MS Excel, developing models or leveraging industry accepted tools
• Provide data solutions and tools to promote self-service solutions for our Business Stakeholders and Business Partners
• Provide expertise and translate business needs to design and develop tools, techniques, metrics, and dashboards for insights and data visualization

What You Bring

• University degree in Business, Accounting, Mathematics, Engineering or related discipline
• 1-3 years' work experience in data analytics and related initiatives in complex organizations
• Demonstrated ability to interpret financial data, drive change and improve processes
• Knowledge of Excel and experience with Power BI dashboard development, DAX formula creation and optimization
• Financial analysis and reporting expertise, large dataset modeling capabilities
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical and time management skills
• Ability to multi-task and manage shifting priorities and deadlines, with attention to detail and an ability to work both independently and in a team environment
