Job summary

Turtlemint in Mumbai is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to analyze business performance, build dashboards and insights, and translate requirements from cross-functional teams into actionable specifications. You will collaborate with Product, Sales and Operations to drive growth and improve processes.

Ideal candidates have a Master's in statistics, 2-6 years in analytics (insurance or fintech preferred), and strong Python, R, Excel, SQL, and BI skills (Power BI or Tableau).

Qualifications

• Master's degree in statistics is required.
• 2-6 years of experience as a Business Analyst (Insurance/BFSI/Fintech preferred).
• Strong skills in Python, R, Excel, SQL, Power BI or Tableau.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Knowledge of the insurance domain is an added advantage.
