Job summary

About the role

• Draw together, validate and interpret data from multiple business units to support decision-making
• Create both routine dashboards and custom reports tailored to what different teams need
• Recognize shifts and patterns in data that inform strategic direction
• Maintain standards for how data flows through reporting systems and meets regulatory requirements
• Partner with colleagues in finance, product, compliance and engineering on analytics initiatives

What you’ll work on

• Extracting and transforming raw data into clean datasets ready for analysis
• Running statistical tests and applying methods like sampling and distribution analysis to validate findings
• Building queries in SQL to pull insights from databases
• Learning and working within ETL tools and data infrastructure
• Translating business questions into analytical frameworks that teams can act on

What we’re looking for

• 1-3 years of experience in analytics roles, business analysis or other data-driven positions
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, transformation and exploratory analysis
• Working knowledge of statistics including sampling, distributions and hypothesis testing
• Familiarity with ETL processes and data platforms
• Experience with R or Python is a plus
• Background in fintech is advantageous
