Job summary

Envision Next LLP in Mumbai, India, seeks a Business Analyst to understand business operations, capture stakeholder needs, and translate them into BRDs and FRDs. You will map processes, identify workflow gaps, and propose practical improvements to help developers build solutions that fit user requirements.

You will write user stories and acceptance criteria, maintain documents, and support UAT by collecting feedback and issues for fixes.

Responsibilities

• Partner with teams across business and technology to learn what products must do.
• Listen to user needs and translate into requirements for developers.
• Contribute to BRDs, FRDs, and diagrams showing process flow.
• Spot workflow breakdowns and propose improvements.
• Keep all requirement documents and project files up to date and organized.
• Talk with programmers, testers, and stakeholders to ensure shared understanding of requirements.
• Check that built features match the business requirements.
• Take part in User Acceptance Testing by gathering user feedback and issues.

About the role

• You will work to comprehend how the business operates, including its procedures, workflows, and the needs of people who depend on the systems
• You will collect information from stakeholders and write down what they need from new product features and enhancements
• You will help create Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), and diagrams that show how processes flow
• You will spot places where workflows break down or could work better, and propose solutions
