Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics or related discipline.
• 1–1.5 years of professional experience in business analysis, strategy, consulting, or growth-focused roles.
• Advanced proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets, including financial modelling and scenario analysis.
• Solid working knowledge of SQL and Python for querying databases and data manipulation.
• Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or comparable BI platforms.
• Ability to communicate complex ideas to non-technical audiences in clear, structured language.
• Comfort working in matrix environments with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
• Understanding of how to identify and measure growth levers and customer behavior patterns.

About the role:

• Extract, manipulate, and interpret data using SQL and Python to support strategic decisions
• Build financial and scenario models in Excel or Google Sheets for forecasting and planning
• Create and present data visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent tools
