About the role:

• Work with business leaders and department heads to uncover what they need from projects and systems
• Collect information about business operations and convert it into clear, actionable insights
• Build written summaries, slide decks, and formal records that track project scope and progress
• Act as a bridge between business teams and engineering teams, keeping work on schedule and aligned
• Spot areas where processes slow down or break, then recommend concrete steps to fix them
• Sit in on planning and review sessions, record decisions made, and ensure everyone completes their assigned tasks

What you'll work on:

• Interviewing stakeholders across departments to map their goals and pain points
• Drafting business case documents that explain the "why" behind initiatives
