Job summary

Digihaat is seeking an Operations & Analytics Intern to spot gaps in daily processes, map bottlenecks in order flow, and draft standard procedures to fix them. You will work closely with teams to turn data into actionable steps.

You’ll analyze KPIs like customer satisfaction and resolution times, build real-time dashboards, and explore automations and self-service features to reduce support needs. There is potential for a full-time conversion based on performance.

Qualifications

• A sharp mind for breaking down problems and finding patterns in data.
• Hands-on skill with Excel or Google Sheets to organize and work with numbers.
• Familiarity with SQL for pulling data from databases, or experience with Power BI for reports.
