Job summary

Chord Technologies in Hyderabad is seeking a Business Analyst to translate client needs into functional Zoho-based solutions across FinTech and IT services.

You will gather requirements, document BRDs/FRDs, design workflows, and support UAT, training, and post-implementation handholding while coordinating with Zoho implementation partners. The role requires 2-4 years of experience in SaaS or service companies, with a strong understanding of service industry workflows.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience as a Business Analyst in SaaS or service companies.
• Strong understanding of service industry workflows.
• Experience creating BRDs, FRDs, process maps, and workflow diagrams.
• Basic understanding of APIs, integrations, and automation tools is a plus.
• Experience with Zoho implementations is preferred.

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from clients across service industries (FinTech, Consulting, IT Services, etc.)
• Translate business needs into functional specifications for Zoho solutions (CRM, Books, People, Desk, Creator, etc.)
• Work closely with internal technical teams to design and implement scalable Zoho-based solutions.
• Conduct gap analysis, workflow design, and solution architecture within the Zoho ecosystem.
• Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing), training, and post-implementation handholding.
• Act as a single point of contact for clients during requirement gathering and solution discussions
• Ensure documentation is maintained for processes, configurations, and use cases.

Preferred candidate profile:

• 2-4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in SaaS or service-based companies.
• Strong understanding of service industry workflows.
• Ability to create BRDs, FRDs, process maps, and workflow diagrams
• Basic understanding of APIs, integrations, and automation tools is a plus
• Experience working with Zoho implementation partners
