Responsibilities include requirements analysis, process mapping, and solution design utilizing Zoho products. Ideal candidates hold a bachelor's degree and possess strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, with experience in software product companies. This is a full-time position.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in SaaS or software product companies.
• Strong understanding of business analysis tools and techniques.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment.

As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions, ensuring that Zoho’s suite of applications effectively supports client and internal business requirements. You will analyze business processes, gather and document requirements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize the business solution with respect to the Zoho product offerings.

Requirements

• Requirements Analysis: Elicit/document requirementsthrough workshops and client interviews
• Process Mapping: Create workflows using BPMN standards
