Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Zoho Business Analyst to act as a bridge between business stakeholders and internal delivery teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering and translating business requirements into scalable solutions using the Zoho ecosystem, ensuring successful project execution within defined timelines and budgets.

Requirements

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements
  
• Map business needs to appropriate solutions within the Zoho ecosystem (CRM, Creator, Analytics, etc.)
  
• Design and implement optimised workflows and business processes
  
• Configure and customize Zoho applications, including:
  • CRM modules
    
  • Workflows and blueprints
• Work with technical teams to enable integrations using Zoho Flow, APIs, and third-party systems
  
• Ensure scope control, requirement clarity, and alignment throughout the project lifecycle
  
• Support system testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and deployments
  
• Provide end-user training and documentation for implemented solutions
  
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Zoho-based solutions
  
• Mentor and guide junior team members on requirements and solution approaches
