Job summary

BCforward is seeking a UiPath Process & Quality Analyst in Hyderabad to drive requirements, design documents, and testing strategies for RPA initiatives.

You will collaborate with RPA developers, conduct workshops, develop test cases, validate automation against design docs, and support UAT while ensuring quality standards and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in RPA or automation projects.
• Strong understanding of business process mapping and reengineering.
• Familiarity with UiPath platform and RPA concepts.
• UiPath Business Analyst or RPA certifications (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and process flows for RPA initiatives.
• Develop detailed process documentation, including PDDs and user stories.
• Work closely with RPA developers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to capture as-is and to-be process states.
• Develop and execute test strategies, plans, and cases for RPA solutions.
• Validate automated processes against business requirements and design documents.
• Perform functional, integration, regression, and performance testing of UiPath bots.
• Identify, document, and track defects; collaborate with developers for resolution.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and best practices in RPA development.
• Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on automation logic and testability.
• Maintain test documentation and provide regular status reports on quality metrics.
• Continuously improve testing processes and tools for RPA projects.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure solutions meet business needs.
• Provide post-implementation support and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
